Business Development Executive

Are you a Business Developer with a proven background in business to business sales? Do you love finding the right contact and then nurturing them to conversion? Do you want to work in a collaborative team environment where individual and team success is celebrated? This is a growing SME working with big brands globally with a flexible and collaborative team environment.

What will you be doing as a Business Development Executive?

  • Researching decision makers via Linked In, Sales Navigator, Google, and networking
  • Establishing contact with C-suite decision makers
  • Connecting, calling and building a pipeline of potential buyers
  • Uncovering prospects needs
  • Moving prospects through the buying cycle
  • Closing new business
  • Collaborating internally to put together effective pitches and presentations.
  • Working as part of the sales team to ensure new business is developed and progressed effectively.
  • Account Managing clients and ensuring they receive excellent customer service.


What are we looking for?

  • Determination, flexibility, and tenacity
  • Driven and motivated to work with the team remotely, and still achieve whilst working from home.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both by phone and email.
  • Previous experience within business-to-business sales
  • Understanding the sales process and how to build a pipeline.
  • Collaborative nature
  • Sees personal development and learning as important.
  • Creative with the capability of problem solving and thinking on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask and plan time effectively to forward forecast.
  • Must know your numbers.



  • Experience within a digital agency
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Proven experience dealing with C-suite decision makers
