Business Systems Consultant

This role will support the success of a consultancy business alongside the Director, providing exemplary service standards for existing clients with niche, complex or multiple business stream financial/ERP system requirements. This role will assist with the management of key relationships with decision makers to scope bespoke requirements and manage the project through to completion.

What will you be doing as a Business Systems Consultant
- As a Business Executive you will be managing existing client requirements: keeping them updated, doing software demos by becoming one of only 4 subject-matter experts in the UK
- Building relationships with decision-makers, to assist with their ERP systems needs and setting up client accounts
- Distributing work internally and identifying and managing risks, developing plans and mitigations
- Recognising business requirements and opportunities
What are we looking for in a Business Systems Executive?
- Degree or qualification (this could be A Levels or HNC) in Business Management or equivalent is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective problem solving
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to adapt across multiple business priorities and seeks enjoyment in variety
- Able to face complexities and unknowns with curiosity and confidence
Ability to learn independently
