Credit Controller (6-month contract)
Up to £22,000 per annum
Do you have confident customer service skills? And experience in a phone-based environment? Are you available immediately for a 6-month contract? What will you be doing as a Credit Controller?
- Answer and resolve inbound calls and emails from customers.
- Credit collection – calling customers who have not paid yet to arrange a payment.
- Updating the database with information supplied
- Processing all information accurately
- Monitoring and Managing Pre-Pay clients
- Timely resolution to all customer contact via phone
- Monitoring and decision making on older debt
What are we looking for in a Credit Controller?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer call centre or phone-based customer service environment
- Accuracy on written communication, spelling, and grammar.
- Confident and able to objection-handle.
- Professional on the phone, but with the ‘human touch’.
- Credit control experience is highly desirable but not essential
