Description

Are you a Finance and Admin Coordinator looking for a new role? Or an experienced Administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve at a high level?

This is an opportunity to join a growing team as a Finance and Admin Coordinator within a well-established business who provide training and development to help you develop in your role.

What will you be doing as a Finance and Admin Coordinator?

  • Prioritise workload
  • Engaging with customers both by phone and email to support them through their journey
  • Accurately checking finance documents and identifying errors
  • Liaising with suppliers for documents, queries and updates
  • Building relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Taking payments
  • Booking vehicle deliveries
  • Raising Insurance Policy documents
  • Raising Finance Documents
  • Running daily reports to identify daily priorities
  • Providing information to the marketing team that will help them create useful guides for customers
  • Working as part of a team
  • Supporting with other tasks as required

  • Willingness to adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Confident and positive telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience working in a busy admin/customer service role
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer queries
  • Experience of IT systems and the ability to work quickly and effectively
  • Great sense of Humour
