GoGecko is working in Partnership with Clarity Environmental Ltd to find an outstanding Logistics and Operations Coordinator.

We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator, to look after the needs of our growing team. This role will include taking responsibility of operations and logistics, managing stock levels, invoicing suppliers and identifying risks.

What will you be doing as a Logistics and Operations Coordinator?

  • Responsible for operations and logistics of battery and other physical material movements
  • Liaise with site managers at our 2 battery hubs
  • Build relationships with external hauliers
  • Load bookings onto the system
  • Manage national and international export logistics
  • Manage stock levels accurately
  • Coordinating and checking shipping and handling documentation
  • Invoicing customers and suppliers
  • Reporting on the internal bespoke database
  • Understanding and identifying any associated risks

What we are looking for?

  • Logistics coordination experience
  • Highly organised
  • Determination, flexibility, and tenacity
  • A willingness to learn on the job
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both by phone and email
  • Proficient IT skills across the Microsoft suite
  • Detail driven and able to integrate information intelligently
  • Capable of problem solving and thinking on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and plan time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Calm under pressure and used to working in a fast-paced environment


  • ADR Regulations experience
  • An interest in environmental issues
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations or the waste industry
