Payroll and Pensions Assistant

Are you an experienced Payroll administrator looking for your next opportunity? Do you have a strong eye for detail and excellent communication and problem-solving skills? Join a well-known local charity in a small established team and help support the payroll where your efforts will make all the difference. They are a values-driven Charity so are looking for someone with the payroll skills but equally someone who shares their values.

What will you be doing as a Payroll and Pensions Assistant?

  • End-to-end payroll processing
  • Administration of the organisation’s pension schemes
  • Administration of employee benefits
  • Responding to payroll and pension queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Identifying and assisting with process and procedure improvement projects

What are we looking for in a Payroll and Pensions Assistant?

  • Experience working within a payroll administration role, ideally including pensions administration and auto-enrolment regulations.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident use of Microsoft applications
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
