Description

Are you an experienced Project Designer looking to join an award winning business based in West Sussex? Due to growth this business is looking to expand their design team working on interior fitout projects across Sussex, Surrey and London.

What will you be doing as a Project Designer?

  • Taking briefs from clients and understanding the client needs.
  • Managing the relationship with the client throughout the design process
  • Creating design packs and pitch documents to present ideas to clients
  • Ensuring designs are value engineered to client budgets
  • Managing multiple projects and priorities and providing accurate reports to the management team on your progress.
  • CAD drawings in 2D and 3D
  • Creating well-structured 3D models that are easy to understand and interpret
  • Production of visualisation materials for winning projects.
  • Collaborating with other members of the team to deliver on client requirements

Who are we looking for?

  • Design experience both Technical and Aesthetic
  • Proven ability to design using 2D and 3D CAD systems
  • Experience within commercial interior fitouts
  • Ability to manage budgets whilst providing a high quality finish
  • Experience of designing using a wide array of materials
