Consultative Sales Manager
up to £30,000 per annum with car allowance & OTE of £40 - £45,000 per annum
Are you a consultative sales professional? Are you looking for a sales position selling business to business services for a highly respected company with an established portfolio?

What will you be doing?
- Account management of existing clients
- Driving new business
- Researching contacts
- Creating a sales plan
- Consulting with clients and prospects
- Building an understanding of perceived needs
- Selling consultative solutions
Who are we looking for?
You will have a proven track record of selling consultatively business to business. You will also be experienced in customer relationship management. You will be curious and love really understanding client’s needs at all levels. You will be commercially aware and have the tenacity to see things through. Some knowledge of the events or conference market is highly desirable. This is a grown-up environment where you will be supported, but not stifled and innovation and creativity is encouraged and rewarded. Some travel will be expected as relationships are built both over the phone and face to face.
