Sales Support Executive.

What will you be doing as a Sales Support Executive?

  • Supporting the commercial team and their client portfolios
  • Analysing and reporting data accurately
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Project involvement with new systems and processes
  • Ensuring all paperwork is compliant and saved, and contract data is accurately captured
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and supporting the sales function
  • Identify process improvements and raising suggestions for better ways of working within the team
  • Meeting deadlines and providing pricing on time
  • Making sure contract acceptances are processed accurately

 

What are we looking for in a Sales Support Executive?

  • Some experience working in an office environment would be ideal, however more important is your curiosity, passion and attitude
  • You will have good organisational skills and the ability to use Microsoft particularly Excel to an intermediate level
  • You will be computer literate
  • You must have good attention to detail
  • You will be a quick learner that can pick up new processes
  • You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and proactively manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines

Desirable

  • SQL knowledge
  • A background in the energy/utilities industry and settlement would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
