Telesales Membership Executive
up to £23,000 per annum plus commision
Are you a Telesales Executive? Have you been involved in coordinating delegates for events or membership for business organisations? Are you looking for a customer focused position marketing and selling new services to existing clients?

What will you be doing?
- Calling existing contacts and clients by phone
- Building relationships
- Introducing them to new events, publications and information
- Maintaining and growing a client pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding yearly targets
- Researching contacts and lead generation
- Consulting with clients and prospects
- Building an understanding of perceived needs
- Sales administration when required
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure delivery
Who are we looking for?
- Min of 2 years’ plus experience in a telephone sales-based role
- Experience in both print and digital advertising
- Consultative and solutions-based approach
- An interest in and ability to understand the tech market
- Evidence of hitting/exceeding targets
- Highly organised and used to working with a CRM
- Able to identify and manage a prospect pipeline
