Temporary Administrator/Receptionist

Do you have great attention to detail and organisation skills?  Do you enjoy giving great customer service? You will join a growing family run business in the centre of Brighton to give support them during their busiest time of year. There is also potential to join their team on a permanent basis.


What will you be doing as a Temporary Administrator/Receptionist?

As a Temporary Administrator/Receptionist, you will be…

  • Taking and logging calls
  • Logging new enquiries via email into the system.
  • Sending data and literature packs
  • Adding in correct information for appointments
  • Confirming appointments
  • Ensuring all information is correct.


What are we looking for in a Temporary Administrator/Receptionist?

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills
  • Calm and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
