I support GoGecko Talent and help growing and value-led Sussex SME's find the perfect fit for their team - a bit like Cinderella's shoe! When I'm not recruiting, I teach yoga and recently qualified as a Menopause Coach with Women of A Certain Stage. I'm partial to cake and a good book and love to be by the sea, though not necessarily in it like Helen!

I founded GoGecko to empower individuals to achieve their professional aspirations and support Sussex businesses to grow. I am also Mum to two teenage boys. I love the sea and try and get a dip in at least once a week (even in Winter!). I am half Burmese so have a soft spot for any food that's curried and pickled. And love playing the bass drum in a Samba band.
