Operations Manager  Worthing   £30,000 to £35,000

If you’re the kind of person who quietly keeps entire teams moving, spots problems before anyone else sees them, and genuinely loves bringing order to chaos, this might be the role you’ve been waiting for.

We’re working in partnership with a growing marketing agency in Worthing, and we’re looking for a true Operations Manager, not an office manager, not an administrator, but the operational heartbeat of the business.

This is the only non‑billable role in the agency, and its impact is huge. You’ll sit at the centre of everything, making the team more effective, more efficient, and more consistent. When the business runs smoothly, it’s because of you.

 

 

 

You’ll take full responsibility for the systems and structures that keep the agency performing at its best, including:

  • Internal systems and operational processes
  • Invoicing and financial admin
  • Workflow discipline and capacity visibility
  • Commercial tracking and reporting
  • Solving operational challenges before they become problems

If it keeps the business running, you’re the one making sure it happens, accurately, consistently, and on time.

Ideal Backgrounds

We’d love to meet people who have been:

  • Operations Managers or Executives in agencies or service‑based businesses
  • EAs or Chiefs of Staff with operational responsibility
  • Studio or Project Managers who naturally took on operational ownership
  • Generalist operators used to wearing multiple hats in fast‑paced environments
  • But we are also open to hear from you if the above excites you and you can demonstrate the competencies we are looking for

You should have hands‑on experience with:

  • Invoicing and financial admin
  • Internal operational systems
  • Workflow/process improvement
  • Maintaining data accuracy across tools
