We’re working with Espresso Solutions, a specialist business operating at the intersection of technology, eCommerce and customer experience, to find a Technical Data & Support Coordinator who loves detail, enjoys problem-solving, and gets genuine satisfaction from helping customers find the right answers.

This role sits at the heart of the Technical, eCommerce and Customer Support teams. You’ll be responsible for making sure customers and colleagues alike have easy access to clear, accurate product information, from manuals and diagrams to FAQs and troubleshooting guides.

You’ll also play a hands-on role in supporting customers with technical questions, helping to improve the overall experience and continuously refining how technical content is presented online.

  • Uploading, maintaining and organising product manuals, technical guides and troubleshooting documents across the website and eCommerce platforms
  • Ensuring all technical content is accurate, on-brand and easy to understand
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to source the latest documentation
  • Responding to customer technical queries via email, chat and phone with clear, practical solutions
  • Escalating more complex issues while keeping customers informed throughout
  • Maintaining FAQs and a technical knowledge base to reduce repeat queries
  • Supporting product launches by ensuring all technical documentation is live
  • Working closely with eCommerce and Marketing to improve the customer journey for technical content
  • Spotting recurring issues and suggesting improvements to guides and documentation

Someone with…

  • A sharp eye for detail and a methodical approach to technical information
  • A natural problem-solver with strong customer service skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, you can explain technical concepts clearly
  • Some technical aptitude, maybe you’ve built your own PC, worked helpdesk, or enjoy fixing things?
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Basic familiarity with CMS platforms, HTML or website content management is desirable
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service or handling technical documentation
  • An interest in consumer electronics, coffee equipment or similar technical products is highly desirable
