We’re partnering with a dynamic compliance consultancy in Brighton on the hunt for a passionate and proactive Account Manager. This is a newly created role, reflecting the business’s ongoing growth and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences in the world of compliance.

You may have experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Executive, or Compliance Support – and you thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

This is more than just account management. You’ll be:

  • Supporting and retaining clients
  • Acting as the central hub for service excellence, data accuracy, and compliance insights.
  • Influencing decision-makers and up-selling solutions that make a difference to our planet.
  • Helping shape the future of a forward-thinking business with sustainability and ethics at its core.

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 + £6,000 bonus OTE

  • Managing onboarding, audits, reporting, and communications with clarity and precision.
  • Leading member meetings (both online and face-to-face), presenting regulatory updates and service insights.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell services or extend contracts to drive retention and growth.
  • Managing packaging compliance data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor – responding to technical queries and simplifying complex regulations.
  • Contributing to proposals and tenders to enhance brand representation.

You may have experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Executive, or Compliance Support – and you thrive in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in customer support, account management, or compliance.
  • Comfortable interpreting data and explaining it to stakeholders clearly.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Confident using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to client site visits.
