GoGecko is working in Partnership with Clarity Environmental to find a Credit Controller to join the team.

Clarity is looking for a competent and proactive Credit Controller who has excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve disputes. You will be part of the Finance and Business support team and will be joining a company committed to investing in your development.

  • Processing customer and supplier invoices and following up in a timely manner for receipts and payments.
  • Updating and reviewing contact information for customers and suppliers
  • Tracking overdue payments and providing daily updates on overdue accounts and contacts.
  • Working with the legal department to issue and manage debt collection letters.
  • Facilitating credit control meetings and keeping stakeholders informed about progress and risks.
  • Supporting the Finance, Business Support, and Senior Leadership Teams with any additional projects.
  • Providing general admin tasks including updating internal systems and documentation.

Someone with

  • Some experience in credit control or similar roles.
  • Analytical skills and exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Great relationship-building and negotiating skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Thorough problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient IT skills using CRM database systems & MS Office applications
  • A proactive approach
  • Drive to learn and grow within a Finance role.
  • AAT qualifications of any level is desirable but not essential.
