GoGecko is working in Partnership with Flare Audio to find a Graphic Design Manager to join their team.
This is the chance to be a Graphic Design Manager as part of an exciting audio technology company based in Lancing on the South Coast. Flare Audio are a dynamic and progressive outfit who design and manufacture everything from earphones, earplugs and in-ear devices that change the way we hear. They’ve sold over 1.3 million pairs of in-ear devices and ship to over 180 countries with their HQ just 5 minutes from the railway station and the beach.

- Managing a team of 1 Graphic Designer and a part-time Content Creator and overseeing their development.
- Contributing to and working with the website management team.
- Working on a wide range of projects.
- Developing ideas, making initial sketches/designs, and creating outline plans.
- Overseeing the graphic design process from start to finish.
- Using computer design software to create assets and updating company-wide assets on a regular basis.
Someone with….
- Experience in managing and leading a small team
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- An interest in the music industry.
- A degree or qualification in graphic design.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good commercial awareness and ability to visualise the customer journey
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
