- Managing the Finance Manager, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
- Ensuring strategic recommendations drive cost control, margin protection, and operational efficiency.

- Supporting client acquisition, retention, and relationship development.
- Providing strategic oversight of marketing performance.

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an SME or scaling business.
