We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join a successful, award-winning professional services marketing consultancy based in Worthing. As a Marketing Account Manager, you play a pivotal role. You’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery for your client accounts and act as their primary point of contact, ensuring every project runs on time, stays within scope, and meets an exceptional standard.

You will brief internal teams, monitor progress, manage client communication, and track commercial performance. You’ll maintain strong client relationships, drive the delivery of scoped revenue, support upsell opportunities, and protect profitability by keeping work within the allocated hours and budget.

  • Client Engagement: Be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, positive relationships and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Commercial Success: Play a key role in achieving revenue targets, supporting upsell initiatives, and maintaining profitability.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and freelancers, coordinating efforts to deliver exceptional results.

Someone with…

  • Previous Marketing Manager level experience in a legal environment 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong client service abilities, with confident and clear communication.
  • A focus on delivery, maintaining momentum and solving problems quickly.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding the link between time, budget, and revenue delivery.
  • Experience in project coordination or account management, in a marketing, creative, or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency with workflow and time-tracking tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
