  • Support the day-to-day delivery of marketing and communications activity across digital channels and campaigns.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, keeping channels fresh, active, and on-brand.
  • Manage and respond to customer interactions across social platforms, building strong community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Encourage and amplify customer reviews, turning real user feedback into compelling marketing content.
  • Assist in developing creative content, adapting messaging and visuals to suit different platforms and audiences.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, artists, producers, and creators within the music and audio space.
  • Support outreach initiatives and collaborations that expand brand presence across music, tech, and live event communities.
  • Monitor social and campaign performance, spotting trends and opportunities to improve reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with PR and external partners to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  • Liaise with agencies and suppliers to support ongoing marketing activity.
  • Get involved in the planning and delivery of events, including festivals, live shows, and industry conferences.
  • Represent the brand at events, supporting on-site activity, audience engagement, and product promotion.

Someone with….

  • Some experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable).
  • Strong writing and editing skills across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using social media tools and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data, monitor performance, and spot trends (desirable).
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of brand impact.
  • An interest in music, audio, or creative industries is highly desirable.
  • Awareness or interest in neurodiversity is an advantage.
