Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a an Operations Coordinator to join our operations team and play a vital role across our Retail and Projects divisions. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll be the glue holding every stage of the installation process together — from purchase orders and scheduling, to site visits and snagging — ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within scope.

Customer Coordination & Admin
- Manage project timelines and schedules, liaising with suppliers, customers and housebuilders.
- Raise and check purchase orders, track costs, and chase outstanding payments when needed.
- Communicate effectively across all parties, ensuring updates are shared and expectations are aligned.
- Keep systems fully up to date.
Pre-Delivery & Logistics
- Allocate fitting teams and coordinate delivery logistics.
- Ensure pre-installation surveys are completed on time to keep things moving.
- Build strong relationships with customers from the start.
Live Projects & Site Visits
- Visit jobs as required, resolve issues promptly, and keep everyone on track.
- Make sure materials and suppliers are ready and scheduled as planned.
Post-Completion & Quality Assurance
- Help wrap up jobs efficiently — from satisfaction notes to final fixes.
- Support the Operations Manager in organising remedial works and gathering feedback.
- Conduct regular installer audits and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- You’re accountable, proactive, and thrive on delivering results.
- Strong communication and time management skills — you know how to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Great attention to detail and a natural problem-solver.
- Adaptable, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
- Independent yet collaborative — you get things done, but love working as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
