You should focus on your personal and professional development, showing how you’ve grown and changed in your roles and the key accomplishments you have achieved. This will demonstrate you’ve learnt from your past experiences and roles, and that you’re committed to learning and expanding your skillset. This will all help upgrade your CV.

• Be sure to include any relevant skills for the job role you’re applying for – do the research.

• Try to include some of the keywords that the employer has used in the job description.
