GoGecko is working in Partnership with Hodson & Co to find a Part-Time Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.

Hodson & Co are a growing family-run accountancy firm based in central Worthing. They offer specialist value added services in areas of wealth creation, wealth management, accountancy, and business management. They pride themselves on providing high quality service and advice whilst also maintaining a personal, warm approach with proactive customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming, hard-working team within a part-time role. You will be the first point of contact for the company, working 20-25 hours over a 4 or 5 day working week, Monday to Friday.   • Welcoming clients
  • Answering the telephone
  • Making appointments
  • Processing and distributing incoming mail and outgoing mail.
  • Providing admin assistance, including word/data processing, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Using Mail merge on Excel
  • Assisting with marketing activities including newsletter preparation and using the Practice Management software.

  • Fantastic communication skills both verbal and written as you will be the first point of contact for the business
  • Able to collaborate and work in a team, as well as independently
  • Accuracy on spelling, grammar, and good attention to detail
  • Experience in an office environment
  • Comfortable with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Mail merge is highly desirable
