We are proud to be partnering with Espresso Solutions, a well-established name in the coffee industry, bringing some of the world’s leading barista brands and services to customers across the UK. As Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of the customer journey, lead a small but important team, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making a real impact in a growing business where customer service genuinely matters.
- Leading, coaching and developing a Customer Support team, creating a positive and high performing environment.
- Driving continuous improvements to customer service processes and operational efficiency.
- Managing the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy, timely dispatch and smooth customer communication.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and ensuring excellent service standards are maintained.
- Working alongside the technical team to support troubleshooting, warranty claims and repair processes.
- Overseeing product collections, repairs and returns, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Reviewing warranty claims and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
Someone passionate about customer service and who enjoys bringing out the best in others, with:
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a customer service team.
- Excellent communication, listening and relationship building skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and confidence when making decisions.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Good technical confidence, including experience using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Outstanding organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve.
