GoGecko is working in Partnership with Rubix VT to find a Client Relations Manager to join their team.
Rubix are a progressive and growing Business to Business Telecoms provider, providing straight forward no-nonsense solutions for businesses of any size. They are growing steadily and organically and have a collaborative team culture with very low staff turnover. The team are the heart of the business, and they are now looking for an additional team member to cover maternity leave.
Telecoms experience is highly desirable. You must have the ability to communicate confidently and listen to the client’s needs and a sense of urgency to provide quick solutions. Your ability to organise and multi-task is key.

- Keeping in touch with existing base and upselling when needed
- Proactively assessing the needs of the clients and resolving issues accordingly
- Obtaining information on client’s telecoms set ups
- Dealing with any new acquisitions to make sure these customers are on the right paperwork and have all the services they require
- Monitoring and achieving service level agreements
- Ensuring client accounts are updated with clear, brief & relevant information
Someone with….
- Previous experience in Telecoms ideally
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent attention to detail achieving high levels of accuracy
- A keen desire to learn new technologies
