We have a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD Level 3 HR professional to join a progressive and multi award winning organisation in Shoreham as People Coordinator. Working closely with the Head of People you will be involved in every aspect of the people life cycle within the organisation, providing first-line advice and administrative support every day.
- Recruitment Coordination: Handling recruitment campaigns, writing advertisements, and sourcing placements.
- Agency Liaison: Coordinating with temping and recruitment agencies as necessary
- Candidate Management: Processing applications, conducting telephone screening, short-listing candidates, and organising interviews.
- Onboarding and Compliance: Managing onboarding processes, documentation, Right to Work checks, and referencing.
- Payroll Coordination: Ensuring timely system updates for new hires to meet payroll deadlines.
- Induction and Probation Monitoring: Arranging inductions and monitoring probation periods
- Leaver Process Management: Managing leaver documentation, including P45s, final salary slips, and exit interviews.
- HR Systems and Training: Maintaining HR systems, workflows, and supporting training delivery and intern programs.
- People Support: Providing first-line advice and handling administrative tasks related to people services
- CIPD Level 3
- A sound knowledge of employment law (Level 3)
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy at all times
- Calm and proactive communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven customer service/stakeholder experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace, managing high volumes of work
- Study support for CIPD Level 5
