Key Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, accurate administrative and secretarial support to Fee Earners and the department.
- Manage general secretarial duties including emails, document scanning, and typing letters.
- Prepare correspondence and documents as instructed by Fee Earners.
- Ensure client files are organised and up-to-date.
- Adhere to office procedures as outlined in the Office Manual.
- Handle file opening, closing, storage, and retrieval.
- Arrange appointments and maintain an up-to-date diary system.
- Take detailed instructions from clients and other professionals in the absence of Fee Earners.
- Provide a friendly and efficient service to all clients and professionals.
- Cover reception duties when required.
Someone with…
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant is essential
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and changing priorities

- 9am-5pm Monday to Friday
