GoGecko is working in Partnership with Flare Audio to find a Social Media Response Specialist to join their team.

This is the chance to be a Social Media Response Specialist as part of an exciting audio technology company based in Lancing on the South Coast. Flare Audio are a dynamic and progressive outfit who design and manufacture everything from earphones, earplugs and in-ear devices that change the way we hear. They’ve sold over 1.3 million pairs of in-ear devices and ship to over 180 countries with their HQ just 5 minutes from the railway station and the beach.

  • 6 hours work on Saturday and Sunday (potential for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon)
  • 8 hours in the office (either 1 day or over 2 days)

  • Manage customer engagement across Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook promptly and courteously.
  • Address customer enquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice in all social media interactions.
  • Monitor social media conversations, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and other relevant stakeholders to develop and implement response strategies.
  • Keep track of customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and generate regular reports for evaluation.

Someone with….

  • Good knowledge and understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers in various situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in social media, customer service, or a related role is highly desirable.
  • Experience in handling customer enquiries via social media platforms is also an advantage
